GIFT Transport Inc. is a veteran-owned freight transportation company founded in Baltimore, MD in 2024. As a certified Amazon Freight Partner, we move freight across Maryland and the Mid-Atlantic with a team-first culture that sets us apart from every other carrier on the road.
Our Story
GIFT Transport was built on a simple belief: people come first. We saw an opportunity to build a different kind of trucking company — one centered not only on moving freight, but on finding the right people, training them, and creating an environment where they can grow.

Our History
Founded in 2024 by Navy veteran and CEO Randall Monfiston, GIFT Transport Inc. launched as a certified Amazon Freight Partner based in Baltimore, MD. In under two years we have grown into a trusted regional freight carrier serving businesses across Maryland, Virginia, Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey, and beyond.

Randall Monfiston built GIFT Transport on the same principles that defined his 21 years of service in the United States Navy — discipline, integrity, accountability, and an unwavering commitment to the people around him.

Retiring as Chief Warrant Officer Three, Randall served as Assistant Department Head and Naval Instructor, leading teams and developing people throughout his military career. After his naval service, he went on to build expertise in financial consulting and real estate investment — experience that shapes how he runs GIFT Transport today.

But what defines Randall most isn't his resume. It's his belief that a business is only as strong as the people inside it. GIFT Transport was built around that belief from day one.

Randall holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Information and a Master's Degree in Public Management and Finance. He leads GIFT Transport with one clear goal — to build the kind of company that drivers are proud to work for, and that freight clients can rely on without question.
